THE ACCOUNT

Payment is required at the conclusion of the reception unless prior arrangements have been made with Management.

ITEMS REQUIRED PRIOR TO RECEPTION
Picnic Point Function Centre, three days prior to your reception, requires the following items:

• Floor plan
• Guest list by Table Number
• Place cards
• Any other items being placed on the tables
eg Sugar coated almonds, gifts, speciality chocolates, etc.

CLEANING FEE
Additional charges will be incurred for any deliberate damage or cleaning deemed excessive by the management. Glitter and confetti are not permitted within the enclosure of the complex.
