THE ACCOUNTPayment for the food, room hire and sundry expenses is required prior to your Reception. If your payment is by personal cheque, payment is required five (5) business days prior to the event, however if your payment method is cash or eftpos this will be accepted up to one business day prior to the Reception. In order for Picnic Point Toowoomba to maintain its competitive pricing, credit card payments for the above portions can only be accepted if the merchant fee applicable is paid in addition to the final account.
(Merchant fees applicable - Visa, Bankcard & Master-card credit cards =1.45%; Diner's Club International and American Express cards = 3.35%).

Payment will be accepted by cash, cheque or eftpos, and for convenience on the day, payment via credit card will be accepted without merchant fees. CLEANING FEE Additional charges will be incurred for any deliberate damage or cleaning deemed excessive by the management. Glitter and confetti are not permitted within the enclosure of the complex. |
